Because of the nature of the church as the body of Christ and because of the challenges before us, the Houston Park congregation seeks to utilize the
talents, capabilities, and potential of every individual member of the
congregation -- male and female, young and old, newcomer or longtime
member -- whether single, married, or widowed. There is a
place in the Lord's vineyard for the service of every Christian, and there is
